E-Commerce Account Manager

The E-Commerce Account Manager is a vital link between the company and the Futureshirts clients on their assigned roster. This role nurtures and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing accounts/clients to manage the e-commerce, marketing, and creative process. An e-commerce account manager is proactive and works to stay ahead of his/her client(s) by listening and perfecting details, generating ideas to drive engagement and revenue, interacting to present digital and commerce services/solutions, and truly exists to serve the client, and the FS Team.
Customer Experience Rep (Part-Time)
The Customer Experience Rep delivers alove-and-beyond customer service over email and phone for Futureshirts E-Commerce stores while working in a face paced, collaborative work environment. This team member will treat customers with care and empathy and should provide consistent and proactive insights to internal account managers based on trends and feedback from our customers.
The Pre-Fulfillment Associate is a key communicator between the fulfillment and account management teams, is proactive and works to maintain inventory management, warehouse organization, and overall communication on or before applicable deadlines and find new solutions for efficiency and organization within the fulfillment center.
Seasonal Fulfillment Associate
We are seeking well qualified individuals for our Nashville, TN warehouse for seasonal work, November 15 thru December 31, 2019 on an hourly basis, 8:30a-5:30p (with a one-hour unpaid lunch). The Fulfillment Associate is proactive and works to maintain pick/pack/shipment of orders on or before applicable deadlines and find new solutions for efficiency and organization within the warehouse.
The Product Manager has a vital role in assisting the Account Manager (Sales) with order execution and management in order to help increase sales annually. This is a sales function with a considerable amount of staff and client communication and negotiation. They must coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of a project run smoothly from start to finish and be able to create innovative solutions to ensure that both clients and Futureshirts obtain satisfactory results from each product/service.
The Futureshirts Graphic Designer is a vital position within the organization. This employee is tasked with collaborating with sales team(s), clients, and additional artists to develop concepts that meet our client’s vision.
Spring 2019 Intern
We provide interns with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills while gaining a deeper understanding of concepts through hands-on application. Working closely with their supervisor, interns explore their career field of interest, acquire new skills, and develop transferable skills.
